Since starting production of synthetic quartz crystal in 1977, TEW continued to improve the quality and purity of our crystal. In 1994, we succeeded to develop a high-pressure autoclave (platinum autoclave) for mass production of synthetic quartz crystals with our own technology. Those technology enable us to mass product of high-quality synthetic quartz crystal with few defects. These high-quality synthetic quartz crystal are used as a raw material for various crystal product. |

In particular, the application for the terminal of satellite-mobile and for base station has been rapidly expanded. TEW's crystal filters are widely used in communication systems and are offered with a center frequency ranging from 10.7MHz to 200MHz. TEW's thin-wafer technology has made it possible to make high reliable filters in various application. |
